As members of the Hawthorn Estates Homeowners Association, we all share a mutual interest and responsibility for protecting our property values and community. The Hawthorn Estates HOA Board and Compliance Committee exist and operate to support this interest. All members are encouraged to actively participate as well.
The HOA’s role/capacities, and members’ responsibilities, are outlined in the Hawthorn Estates Rules. Everyone is strongly encouraged to carefully review these documents. HOA authority may not extend to every particular situation.
Response Times: The Hawthorn Estates HOA Board and Subcommittees are composed of unpaid volunteers with private lives and outside obligations. We actively read all submissions, manage them as needed, and address them quickly. However, please allow us time to do so. (In other words, you may not receive an immediate response.) Also, please understand that some issues require significant time to resolve.
Report Issues:
Please provide us with your contact information. Your identity will never be shared with the subject of your report. Your information will remain confidential. We often will need to respond to you to follow up on your message, and we can’t do that if we don’t have your contact information. Also, please provide photos if possible.
